Course description
Learning is deeply social. When students feel valued, respected, and included, they are more motivated and engaged. This course explores how a sense of belonging influences student identity, motivation, and participation. You will examine what happens when belonging is absent and identify practical strategies for strengthening relationships between teachers and students, and among peers. By the end of the course, you will create a plan to intentionally foster belonging for every learner.
