Strengthening Perspective-Taking in the Classroom

Daily classroom learning depends on how students listen, respond, and work with others—especially during moments of disagreement or collaboration. These interactions shape classroom climate and influence both academic progress and behavior. In this course, participants examine how instructional routines and modeling influence student interactions. Educators will explore practical strategies to support respectful communication, thoughtful responses, and productive peer collaboration, and develop a plan to reinforce these behaviors during academic instruction.
