COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is designed for school leaders and teacher-leaders who want to embed the NSBECS into professional growth and strategic planning efforts. Participants will explore using the benchmarks to set instructional goals, lead coaching conversations, and shape faculty development aligned to mission and Catholic identity. Tools for NSBECS-aligned classroom observations and schoolwide reflection will be shared to support continuous improvement.
