Course Description:
Carlo Acutis (May 3, 1991 – October 12, 2006) was an English-born Italian Catholic young man and website designer, who is best known for documenting every Eucharistic miracle around the world and cataloguing each one onto a website which he created before his death from leukemia. He was noted for his cheerfulness, computer skills, and, most especially, his deep devotion to the Eucharist, which became a core theme of his life. He was beatified on October 10, 2020, two days before the 14th anniversary of his death. He, just like many young people, enjoyed films, comics, soccer, and playing popular video games. In 2022, Bishop David O’Connell declared Blessed Carlo Acutis the Patron of all of the schools and the students of the Diocese of Trenton.
