We have all heard the adage, “Experience is the best teacher”. So, how can we leverage experiential learning to help meet the diverse educational needs of our students? This 4-part course provides a comprehensive introduction to incorporating hands-on, real-world learning experiences into the curriculum. Participants will explore the principles of experiential learning, understand its benefits for student engagement and critical thinking, and learn practical strategies to design and implement meaningful activities aligned with curriculum goals. By the end of the course, educators will be prepared to create impactful experiential learning opportunities that connect academic content to real-world contexts and foster lifelong skills.
